This statement is published in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the actions Perennial HR has taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains for the financial year ending 2024.

At Perennial HR, we take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are fully committed to ensuring that our operations and supply chains are free from any form of slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking.


Our Organisation
 

Perennial HR is a specialist recruitment agency focused on delivering high-quality human resource talent solutions across Asia. From our base in [insert location, e.g., Hong Kong or Singapore], we support organisations with:

Where possible, we request our suppliers to provide their own Modern Slavery policies and confirm adherence to relevant legislation.
 

Our Commitment
 

Perennial HR recognises our responsibility to play a part in eradicating modern slavery in all forms. We do not knowingly enter into business relationships with any organisation involved in modern slavery practices. We regularly review our internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accountability across our operations.


Due Diligence

We conduct robust compliance and verification processes during candidate placements, including:
 

  • Validating right-to-work documentation

  • Reviewing service arrangements with contractors and consultants

  • Auditing any third-party service providers before engagement
     

All new suppliers must undergo a due diligence process and are required to acknowledge and adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct.
 

Staff Awareness & Training


We ensure that all employees understand the risks and indicators of modern slavery through:
 

  • Regular policy reviews and updates

  • Access to our internal Code of Conduct and relevant HR policies

  • Induction training on ethical practices and whistleblowing procedures
     

All employees are expected to comply with our policies and report any concerns through designated channels, including local HR representatives or via our confidential whistleblowing policy.
 

Ongoing Commitment
 

Perennial HR is dedicated to strengthening our approach to preventing modern slavery. In the coming year, we aim to:
 

  1. Introduce clear internal guidance on identifying and reporting incidents of modern slavery.

  2. Require all suppliers to sign an annual compliance statement confirming their commitment to anti-slavery measures.
