Why Us
Compensation

Everyone is different and at different stages in your life so we tailored the commission scheme to the individual. Which can include as an example base salary, no threshold, 10% commission with quarterly kicker. Base salary with 3x Threshold and 30% commission through to $0 base salary and 70% commission

We have an account management structure if you bring in the client and place with them you can support them across Asia and get paid for it.
