For each candidate you refer to us, if we successfully place them in a position and they pass their probation period, Perennial HR will reward you with $1,500 SGD in cash or a $1,500 SGD donation to a charity of your choice. (Terms & Conditions apply.)

FAQ
1. How do I refer someone?
Simply fill in the form with their email or mobile contact details or introduce them to us directly. For client referrals, share the contact details of the hiring manager or HR contact and make an introduction
2. What if my referral is already in your system?
If they’re already actively engaged with us, the referral won’t qualify. If they’re not currently in process, you’re eligible. Reach out, and we’ll confirm.
3. When will I receive my reward?
Once the candidate you referred (or the candidate placed with the client you referred) passes their probation period, you’ll receive your $1,500 SGD reward.
4. Can I refer multiple candidates or clients?
Yes! There’s no limit. The more successful placements from your referrals, the more you earn.
5. Can I refer my own company for the client scheme?
No, client referrals must be for companies you’re not currently employed by.
